高雄工商展覽中心由市政府籌設興建事宜，在89年年底正式完工啟用，提供市民及工商業界一個現代化的展覽場地，與高水準之國際化會議廳，以提昇高雄市工商展覽水準。更在高雄市政府為增進地方繁榮之目標下及政府機構人員精簡政策及營運成本的考量，在90年以公辦民營方式委託鉅螢企業股份有限公司對外營運，藉由民營企業靈活經營方式來發揮高雄工商展覽中心之更高效能，活絡整體消費市場，以提昇高雄市經濟競爭力，拓展國際視野。

Introduction
Exhibition Center was initiated in 2000 by KaoHsiung Municipal Government. It would combine exhibition space, conference facilities, and offices for local and international business to reach its goal, flourishing the local economies. From the cost and effect management strategies in government, the Ever Young Enterprise Limited was authorized by Kaohsiung Municipal government to operate business in 2001. Hoping it carries on the consuming demands to the higher potency of flourishing market, also elaborates local economical competition with national and international wide business.

A new integrated exhibition, conference, and office operation is the future modal in the field. The beautiful river view, musical performing theater, historical museum, and public garden are all surrounding the Exhibition Center. 地址為高雄市鹽埕區中正四路274號。展覽大樓為地上七層、地下三層之帷幕玻璃建築物。

• 展覽場：
  一樓高挑帷幕玻璃展覽場面積為4,623.91平方公尺(約1,399坪)，規劃有142個標準展示攤位(3x3平方公尺)。
  三、四、五樓展覽場各樓層面積為3,091.89平方公尺(約935坪)，各規劃有80個標準展示攤位。
• 六樓會議、行政中心及記者室：
  大型會議廳面積為198平方公尺(約60坪)，可容納160人。
  中型會議廳二間，面積各約為120平方公尺(約36坪)，各可容納50~80人。
  小型會議廳二間，面積各約為100平方公尺(約30坪)，各可容納30人。

• 停車場：
  本展覽中心附設三層地下停車場(含音樂廳)，面積計29,554.59平方公尺，可停放500輛小客車，以便利參展單位及一般大眾停車。

Facility
The Center located at 274 Zhongzheng 4th Road in Yan Cheng Qu, KaoHsiung. It is a seven-story building and three-story underground parking.

• Exhibition Hall designed to accommodate short-term trade shows. It can also be leased by organizations to host their own exhibitions.
  1st floor: estimated 4,623.91 square meters, 142 show units (3x3m2) available.
  3rd & 4th floor: estimated 3,091.89 square meters, 80 show units (3x3m2) available.
• Conference rooms (6th floor) have its functionality and flexibility for all kinds of events. It has everything needed to make a success of any congress, conference or meeting.
  Large conference room: estimated 198 square meters, capacity for 160 people.
  Medium conference rooms: estimated 120 square meters, capacity for 50~80 people, 2 rooms available.
  Small conference rooms: estimated 100 square meters, capacity for 30 people, 2 rooms available.

外牆為帷幕玻璃設計，大樓為鋼骨結構，一樓展覽場最高挑高約達20公尺，總展覽場面積可達10,807.69平方公尺(約3,269坪)。

空調系統為1,050冷凍噸美國開立離心式冰水機，各樓層都有獨立調氣機、出風口及控制溫度開關，可提供舒適空氣調節。

火警系統使用感應式自動灑水器及投受光設備，可避免火災發生。

機電設備採高壓供電自備變壓器方式，提供展覽場及空調等設備使用。

本展覽中心為高雄首屈一指之展覽及會議活動場所。

Environment
A partial glass exterior wall with steel bar structure building is a new landmark in the region. The tallest ceiling in first story stretches to 20 meter high. The total show hall area is 10,807.69 square meters. The giant air conditioners provide plentiful fresh cozy air conditioning, and modern fire alarm system is featured to keep off braze taking place. The high voltage utility performs enough power supply to all the equipments in any events.
